btbet Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the btbet website at btbet.ws, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any related services offered thereunder.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the btbet Platform and is authorised to use its services.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player upon successful completion of the btbet registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their btbet Account wallet, denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP), available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or bonus funds credited to a Player's Account by btbet subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-balance stake placed by a Player on a game or sporting event available through the Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that licenses and regulates online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity and eligibility prior to processing withdrawals or at any point determined by btbet.

By completing the btbet registration process, logging into an existing Account, or placing any Wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, the btbet Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and btbet with respect to your use of the Platform, superseding all prior communications, representations, or arrangements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

If you access the btbet Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that the person or entity meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the btbet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the Platform;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, regulatory prohibition, or court order that would prevent you from participating in online gaming;
• You are registering and acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
• You have not previously had a btbet Account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of btbet or any of its affiliated game providers.

btbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time as part of its KYC process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in suspension of your Account and, where applicable, withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the btbet Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts is a material breach of these Terms. btbet may, upon discovery of duplicate accounts, consolidate, suspend, or permanently terminate all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your btbet Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered Philippine mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

btbet will never contact you by unsolicited communication to request your password, OTP, or full payment card details. Any such request purportedly from btbet should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

In the event of any unauthorised access to your Account, or if you suspect your credentials have been compromised, you must notify btbet immediately via live chat or by contacting our support team. btbet will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access attributable to your failure to adequately protect your login credentials, except where such access results from a security failure on btbet's part.

btbet employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire Platform to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, you acknowledge that no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure, and you accept the inherent security risks associated with using any online platform.

All financial transactions on the btbet Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). btbet supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your Real Money Balance instantly. Deposits via bank transfer (InstaPay, PesoNet) may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect. btbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name.

Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account has completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of btbet;
• There are no pending investigations, fraud flags, or compliance holds on your Account;
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Balances have been satisfied or the Bonus Balance has been forfeited prior to withdrawal;
• The withdrawal method matches the deposit method used to fund the Account, where technically practicable.

btbet aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to payment provider processing times outside our control. btbet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request.

btbet is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking institutions, or network outages. Transaction fees imposed by payment providers are the Player's responsibility unless otherwise stated in a current promotion.

btbet may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed. Unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, standard wagering requirements are applied to bonus amounts at rates disclosed in the applicable promotion. btbet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all applicable wagering requirements have been met or the bonus balance has been forfeited by the Player.

Bonuses are strictly for personal use and may only be used in accordance with their stated terms. btbet reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time, and to disqualify any Player from a promotion where there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

Claiming multiple accounts, using another person's account to claim bonuses, or employing any system or strategy solely designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine wagering intent constitutes bonus abuse and is a material breach of these Terms.

All Wagers placed on the btbet Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sporting event, as published within the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules prior to placing a Wager. Ignorance of game rules does not entitle a Player to a refund of lost Wagers.

btbet reserves the right to void any Wager where:

• The Wager was placed after the commencement of the relevant event or game round due to a technical error;
• The Wager was placed at odds or under conditions that resulted from a manifest pricing error;
• There is evidence that the outcome of the relevant event was subject to match-fixing, corruption, or any other improper influence;
• A technical malfunction affected the integrity of the game round in a material way;
• The Wager was placed in breach of any applicable rules or these Terms.

In the case of a void Wager, the staked amount will be returned to your Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance as applicable. btbet's decision on the validity of any Wager is final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure described in these Terms.

Minimum and maximum Wager limits apply to individual games and sporting events and are displayed within the Platform interface. btbet reserves the right to impose additional personal Wager limits on any Account at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the btbet Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling btbet to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the offending Account and forfeit all balances held therein:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years;
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Wagers, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, game providers, or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade financial reporting requirements, or using the Platform in connection with any proceeds of unlawful activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage — any such exploitation must be reported to btbet immediately;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any component of the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at btbet staff or other Players via any Platform communication channel.

btbet cooperates fully with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, and financial regulators in the Philippines in the investigation and prosecution of prohibited conduct. Any activity suspected of constituting a criminal offence will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

All content on the btbet Platform — including but not limited to the btbet brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, databases, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of btbet or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without btbet's prior written consent.

Game content available on the btbet Platform is licensed from third-party game providers and remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. btbet makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, btbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your btbet Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

btbet expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if btbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or interruptions to service beyond btbet's reasonable control;
• Any losses arising from your failure to adequately secure your Account credentials;
• Any losses attributable to the conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits btbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

btbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• btbet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity associated with your Account;
• You have failed to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request;
• btbet is required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or any other applicable legal or regulatory obligation;
• btbet determines, in its sole discretion, that the continuation of your Account poses an unacceptable risk to the Platform or other Players.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting btbet's customer support team. Upon Account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (after deducting any outstanding promotional obligations or withheld amounts under investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

In the event of Account termination due to breach of these Terms, btbet reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, including Real Money Balances, where such forfeiture is proportionate to the nature and severity of the breach.

btbet takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and has implemented a range of tools and safeguards to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed by our support team and take effect within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Players of their session duration and net wagering position.

btbet staff are trained to identify indicators of problem gambling and may, at their discretion, reach out proactively to Players exhibiting concerning patterns. btbet reserves the right to impose protective limits or restrictions on any Account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is experiencing gambling-related harm.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the btbet Platform.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact btbet's customer support team in good faith and allow a period of thirty (30) calendar days for btbet to attempt to resolve the dispute through direct communication. btbet will investigate all complaints and respond in writing within ten (10) business days of receipt.

btbet operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Unresolved complaints that fall within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

btbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Any material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform, not less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of such changes, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the btbet Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
